By filling out the form found here on the website
www.nesperion.net and creating an account you acknowledge that you have read,
do understand and do agree with the following terms:
- Accounts created using the above mentioned form on the website
www.nesperion.net are solely for the purpose of playing the game "A Nesperion
Space Oddity", hereafter refered to in these terms as the game.
- To play the game you must be at least 18 years of age or older. By
creating an account here you state that you are at least 18 years of age.
- Those who have created an account for the game are hereafter refered to
as players. This means you if you create an account here.
- Apart from an email address, no personal information about the players is
collected by the game or by www.nesperion.net or any persons associated
with the game and/or with the website www.nesperion.net, including but not limited
to developers, designers, administrators, modertors, promoters, hereafter refered to collectively
as associates of the game.
- A valid email address is required for players to create and activate an account.
- Email addresses coollected as part of the account creation process will not be given out
or sold to any third party, nor will they be displayed publicly.
- Such email addresses will be accessable by selected administrators of the game and
www.nesperion.net for admministrative purposes do with the game.
- As a player you agree that administrators of the game may email you on
occassion regarding updates or important information about the the game.
- Players will be able communicate with other players while playing the game.
As a player you agree that the safe-keeping of all and any of your personal information
is your sole responsibility and as such you are encouraged not to commmunicate any of your
personal information to any associates of the game or to other players and
do so at your own risk.
- You agree that you will not hold the game or any associates of the game
accountable for any losses or damages whatsoever as a result of creating and/or using an
account for the game, playing the game, communicating with other persons via
the game or having any other involvement with the game. Such losses and/or
damages include but are not limited to financial losses; loss of or damage to employment status;
damage to computer equipment, hardware, sofware etc...; loss and/or damage to social status;
loss or damage to health, physical well-being and/or mental welll-being. Players create an account
for the game, play the game and communicate with other players at thier own risk.
- You agree that the adminstration of the game reserves the right to cancel, delete and/or ban any
accounts and/or players without notice at any time for anyy reason they see fit. This will include but
is not limited to the banning of individual ip addresses, email addresses and/or inappropriate user names.
- You agree that the game and associates of the game do not condone pornography; sexual or
racist sander; hate topics; abuse; spam. Whilst commmunicating via the game, you will respectfully refrain
from participating in any such communication. Associates of the game will make efforts to keep such
commmunications in the game at a minimum by such means as muting and/or banning offensive players
however associates of the game and the game itself cannot be held accountable for players
who act against this term.
- Until further notice in the form of changes to these terms, payment is not required to create an account or
play the game.
- Until further notice in the form of changes to these terms, some in-game advantages may be made available
as rewards for players who wish to make monetary donations. Any monies exchanged from players
to the game or administration of the game are classed as non-refundable donations which will be
spent on the mainatainence and upkeep of the game. Any such rewards will be listed as they become
available and the donatations will be acceptable via paypal. Only listed rewards will redeemable for donations and will
will only be redeemable if available at the time of the donation and will only be rewarded if the donation is made following
specific insttructions for each reward.
- You agree that the adminstration of the game reserves the right to review and make changes to
these terms atany time and players are solely responsible for keeping themsleves informed about
any such changes by reading the terms on this page.
- In the event that changes are made to these terms which any players do not accept and agree to,
it is the individual player's responsibility to delete their account and are required do so immediately.
